Digital Products (Crochet Patterns, SVG, PNG & PDF Files)
All digital downloads are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on digital products for any reason, including change of mind, once the order is placed.
If you experience a technical issue such as:
- File will not download
- File is corrupted
- Incorrect file received
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will replace the file at no extra cost — this is a file replacement, not a refund.
Physical Products (Handmade Soap)
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product:
- Is unused
- Is unopened
- Is in its original packaging
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Physical Products Only)
If your soap order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (physical products only) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
